A semi-detached house built in 1967 in Järvensivu, Tampere, was sewer sealing By the building security company in late spring 2016. New, load-bearing pipes were installed inside the house’s original, cast-iron sewer pipes without major demolition work.
The occupants of the semi-detached house, Matti and Marketta and Tero and Sirpa, discovered that the original sewer pipe was reaching the end of its useful life. The grafting was a success
The sewer renovation itself, or in this case the diving, started with the ventilation pipe from the roof and ended with the last manhole, which leads to the city’s main sewer. The work took just over two weeks to complete, about 12 days in total.
– The work started exactly when we had agreed and finished a couple of days later than originally planned. We didn’t want any surface drains and there were also a lot of junctions and joints in the pipeline. They certainly posed their own challenges. The main thing was that there was no rush and that everything was completed in a commendable manner, Matti sums up.
– I also thought everything went well and the grafting was a success,” says Tero.
The result as expected
Neither couple has anything to complain about in relation to the operation of the House Security. The work and the end result were as expected. Overall, the renovation went smoothly, according to Tero, and there were no problems.
– Everything was explained in detail and the action was appropriate. The installers seemed competent. When the work was handed over, it was good when the finished drains were shown to us in pictures. I have nothing negative to say, and I can recommend Taloturva,” says Tero.
