Anja and Heikki Suutarinen have been living in their frontline house in Tampere, built in 1957, for 28 years. – We will also have to sell the house at some point. It’s always easier to sell when you’ve done these big renovations.

The Suutaris ordered the renovation as a turnkey service, which included not only the design and installation, but also the recycling of old radiators and the final cleaning of the apartment at the end of the renovation.
– There were no problems, everything was done according to the agreement and our wishes. The new pipes are very slim composite pipes that run on the surface of the structure and enter the different floors of our three-storey house through the floor, Heikki explains.
– The contract included that the old radiators would be removed by the building security company. After the renovation, several guys came to do the final cleaning. There were no disappointments, everything went as we had planned,” Heikki says.
