LVIturva strengthens its modern management system by replacing its CEO
Pohjolan LVIturva Oy is one of Finland’s most successful and fastest growing companies in the HVAC industry. For two years in a row, Pohjola Plumbing & Heating has been rated one of the best places to work in Finland. Behind this success lies a modern management system based on the idea that four eyes see better than two. HVIturva does not have managers in the traditional form, but is led by management and steering groups whose members change from year to year. To strengthen the effectiveness of this management system, Juha-Matti Kemppainen, founder, majority owner and CEO of LVIturva, will step down from operational activities to become Chairman of the Board.

Juha-Matti Kemppainen continues as full-time Chairman of the Board. The role of the Chairman of the Board is to lead LVIturva’s strategy work, develop new business models, and support and spar with the CEO.
Juhana Kilpeläinen appointed as the new CEO
Juhana Kilpeläinen, co-founder and Executive Vice President of Pohjolan LVIturva Oy, has been appointed as the new CEO of the company. Juhana is today’s top executive with a very holistic understanding of business, and the ability to build a modern operating environment.
